Building lean muscle is not as hard as many people may presume it to be, however, it is not that easy as well. In this article, I will talk to you about a few factors needed in order to build lean muscle mass.



I have been into almost all sorts of sports and athletics ever since I was 5 years old. I remember my dad taking me to watch the annual high school athletics championships one time when I was around 8 or 9 and from then on, being the kid that I was, I knew what I wanted to do with my life - be an athlete.



Over time I was given numerous training and weight loss programs and diets which I adopted and followed every single day. And of all those training programs and workout routines, I can honestly say that the most effective methods of getting lean are as follows:



Explosive Running - either in the form of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) or just short/long sprints. Sprints in the form of interval training and high intensity interval training has been known to shred fat like nobody’s business. Fat burning plays a huge and important role when it comes to getting lean.




Lift Light Weights with High Reps - when I say "lift light weights", I don’t mean that you should lift weights that you could easily do 50 reps with in one set and still feel like you could do another 50 during the same set. Lift at least half of your one rep maximum (or even less or more depending on what your body can take) so that you are able to reach 15-20 reps with one set.



Adopt A Fat Burning Diet - getting lean body mass is all about losing high amounts of body fat and there is no better approach to burn fat but via a respectable diet. People who claim that adopting a good diet may be the simplest method (when it comes to physicality) to lose body fat aren't saying this for pointless reasons. This method continues to be proven to work since time of cavemen! Before junk food and processed foods came along, the main diet for humans used to be fresh and unrefined foods and drinks.



In Conclusion



So essentially the one thing that I’m attempting to stress here about building lean muscle mass is - it takes just as much body fat burning methods together with strength training to obtain that particular lean physique that's very popular nowadays. You will find loads of other techniques but I'll discuss them later in future articles.
